Christmas Donation Program: SnowFlakes4Seniors

As the holiday season approaches, we at Copper Island Care are reaching out with a heartfelt request for your assistance in bringing joy and comfort to seniors in our community this Christmas. 

Copper Island Care provides in-home health and senior care services in the Shuswap Region, visiting hundreds of seniors in their homes. We have recently expanded our offerings to include cleaning services in the Shuswap!

In service of supporting seniors, we started our Christmas Donation program, called SnowFlakes4Seniors in 2021. Each year this program has grown in the number of seniors we support, making the holiday special for those isolated from their families, experiencing medical challenges or facing financial hardships. 

This year, in partnership with the Sorrento Food Bank, Munros IDA Pharmacy in Sorrento, and Shuswap Family Services Salmon Arm, we are once again committed to making a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives by assembling special care packages filled with essentials, treats, and heartfelt cards for those who may not have loved ones nearby. 

With your help, we can make a difference this Holiday Season!

·  Place it in a gift bag

·  Drop off the bagged gift(s) at one of the designated locations!
